Viewing live video streams and replays is free and requires no account creation or collection of personal data.
Only the video analysis tool, “My fights” and the club space require an account. In that case, we collect: your name, your e-mail address and a password (stored hashed, never in plain text), as well as the date of your last login. This information is used solely to secure access to your data and is never sold or shared with third parties.
Assistant and contact form. When you write to the team from the site assistant, we collect your name, your e-mail address, your message, the conversation that preceded it and the address of the page you were viewing. This data is used solely to reply to you and is automatically deleted after 12 months. Questions asked to the assistant that remained unanswered are kept, without any link to your identity, for up to 12 months in order to improve the help provided. Your IP address is recorded for 24 hours to limit abusive submissions. The conversation is kept in your browser for the duration of your visit (session storage); the assistant sets no cookie or tracker. You can request access to your data or its deletion by writing to help@multimat.tv.
Reports. The reports you create in the video analysis tool (title, video link, tagged sequences, notes, drawings, summary, names of the coach and of the athlete or scouted opponent) are saved on our servers and attached to your account. By default, only you can access them.
Sharing. If you turn on the share link of a report or an athlete profile, anyone who has the link can view it without an account; you can turn it off at any time. From a shared report, your athlete can mark sequences as seen and write to you: this feedback is stored with the report, with no identifier or e-mail address. If you share a report or a technique with your club, the members of that club can view it read-only.
Athlete profiles. A profile (name and, if you enter them: club, belt, category, notes) is created for each athlete named in a coaching report. You are responsible for the information you enter about other people; your notes never appear on the share link.
My fights. The mat, time and label of your fights are visible only to you. If you have enabled notifications, your subscription is linked to your account so we can send you the reminder.
Club. Members of a club can see the names of the other members. Leaving a club removes what you shared with it.
Fight index. Fights suggested for a replay's index (fighters' names, category, time in the video) are public once we have approved them. Anyone named can ask for removal at help@multimat.tv.
All of this data is permanently deleted if you delete your account from the My account page; only fights already published in the index are kept, with no link to you.
To ensure smooth browsing and respect your privacy, we do not use any intrusive advertising tracker. The technologies used are:
